Ce programme, connu sous le sobriquet « Les Alchimistes », , vise à créer une véritable intelligence collective dans les équipes par la richesse d’une neurodiversité de talents. Ce programme, premier en son genre, combine la rigueur scientifique avec le savoir-faire managérial. C’est un partenariat entre l’École des Ponts Business School et NEXTperience, le cabinet de conseil en Impact ESG fondé par le Pr Grimaldi de Puget.
